With their bright colors and unique movements, hummingbirds remind us to enjoy life
and find happiness in simple things. These beautiful birds travel long distances and
survive in critical environments. Hummingbirds will return to same locations each year,
recognizing and acknowledging friendly faces! Remembering locations they are
welcomed! A reminder for us to live joyfully, love deeply and stay strong.

Hummingbirds of the Valley in Medina, Ohio, is a diverse group of women with a mission
of supporting, building camaraderie and fostering community with each other through
activities, community projects and events.
We enjoy a variety of gatherings, from relaxing by the pool, luncheons, coffee tastings,
hiking, scavenger hunting and more!

The Dragonfly Ladies have been an established WINR group together approximately four years and have three to four events a year.  They gather to allow women to try naturism and meet other women in naturism. If you're in the LA area, send a message to see if they have an event coming up.
